Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 5, 2026

1. Service Description

SiteWatch provides automated website monitoring services including uptime checks, SSL monitoring, blacklist scanning, content change detection, SEO auditing, schema validation, and security scanning.

2. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old
• One person or entity per account

3. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only monitor websites you own or have authorization to monitor. You may not use the service to attack, probe, or exploit other systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaging in abuse.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Monitoring results are provided “as is” and should not be your only method of detecting website issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

SiteWatch is not liable for damages arising from missed alerts, false positives, or monitoring delays. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. We may suspend service immediately for terms violations or non-payment.
