1. Information We Collect

Account Data: Email address, name, phone number (optional), and hashed password when you create an account.

Site Monitoring Data: Domain URLs you add, uptime results, SSL certificate status, content hashes, SEO scores, and security scan results.

Payment Data: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

Usage Data: Log data, IP addresses, and browser type for service improvement and security.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide website monitoring and alerting services
• Send email and SMS alerts based on your configurations
• Process subscription payments
• Improve and maintain the platform
• Communicate service updates

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS alerts), and email service providers as necessary to operate the service.

4. Data Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All communications use TLS encryption. Database access is restricted and audited.

5. Data Retention

Monitoring data is retained for 90 days. Account data is retained until account deletion. You may request data export or deletion by contacting [email protected].
